By working closely with our clients, we will assess individual needs so that we can incorporate new features and enhancements to enrich your quality of life and reduce your ecological footprint. Likewise, when working on large-scale home development projects, we will work with communities to assess cultural and environmental elements, and build stronger structures that are both culturally relevant, and environmentally friendly.
Being a socially conscious developer, we understand that it is important for communities to be closely involved in the process of development. To empower communities, and promote local economic growth, we engage in a cooperative development process, which means that local people are able to become involved in building their own communities.
We bring SIP manufacturing tools to the development site and employ local people to produce the building material used to construct their homes. We also create many jobs in construction by training and employing local contractors and labourers to erect homes. Our commitment does not end here; once our initial projects have been completed, our SIP plants will remain operational so that people still have access to building materials – and the skills to continue building clean and efficient homes.
